Where does ship dock ?: Cruise ships dock at the Port of Piraeus, about seven miles from Athens. An important port since antiquity, it's actually made up of three harbors: Megas Limani, where cruise ships come in; Zea Limani, where most of the ferries and hydrofoils come in from the islands; and Mikrolimano for the yatchs.

Take a short drive by motor coach into cosmopolitan Athens. Pass the yacht harbor of Zea and Mikrolimanon’s waterfront lined with inviting al fresco seafood restaurants. Arrive at the Acropolis for a breathtaking view of antiquity as you look upwards towards the marvelous structure of the Parthenon. Climb up the pathway and steps leading through the massive Propylaia onto the rock of the Acropolis itself. Begin to relive the " glory that was Greeces" as you walk over this masterpiece. View the Parthenon, the delicate temple of the Wingless Victory and the Erectheion. Have your guide walk you approximately 20 minutes to Plaka.
